Thanksgiving 2020

 

The two Thanksgiving badges can be awarded on Thursday November 26th. They are not repeatable so if you have them from a previous year you can't take them again.

"Record an activity on Thanksgiving"
"Record an activity and burn 300 calories on Thanksgiving"

Remember to change the country to one of these:
Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, United States

    Agreed. I got the ordinary one last year, but not the 300 calories one. Just got the 300 calories one, but was disappointed to see that I didn’t get the ordinary one again.

    Activity was done in USA (California on 26th ON THURSDAY @ 07:09, I don't have badge.

      It doesn't matter where you are doing the activity. What matters is the country setting in your Garmin account. Change the country here: https://www.garmin.com/account/profile
      After you changed it to a valid country (US and a few others) do an edit to your activity and you should get the badge.

      Do you have Hong Kong as country setting? https://www.garmin.com/account/profile/
      I changed my country to Hong Kong and they are not available with that setting.

Five new badges are here. Garmin accidentally added them in September but they were quickly removed. In September there were 13 badges so we will probably soon see even more badges added. Garmin has added a new activity type "Dance Fitness" in the Gym & Fitness Equipment category so you can switch to that for all your dance fitness activities. I don't see the new type in Garmin Connect app on Android so it will need to come in an update. In the web it is already there. To add songs for the Mixtape badge you press the lap button. Each lap will add another song. Until we get Dance Fitness on the watches you can log with Cardio and press lap for each song.
