Garmin Run 2021, March 7th

Garmin just made this available.
The real race is postponed due to Covid-19 so it is a bit odd that this badge is available. 
Run 6 km with country setting to Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. 

Updates (I've updated the original post):
A user in Vietnam got the badge so it might be available to everyone.

There is a country requirement. It works with Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Maybe some others countries as well. Change country, make sure you see the badge as available and you can then take it.

      Have you checked the location in your settings? Where you are in real life doesn't matter.

      My setting are in France. I did my run with my wife who has almost same settings, but she didn't get it.

    I ran 16K and did not receive it with country set to Netherlands. Does anyone know whether your run distance should match the race distance, for such “organized” events?

      Try changing the country to Taiwan and then make an edit to the activity and see if you get it. I haven't had time to test it much yet. It isn't a challenge so it can be tested at any time.

      I ran a number of tests now and the length of the activity is not an issue. I used a 17.74 km run and got the badge. The import thing is that it is longer than 6 km and you use on of the follow countries: Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, India, Philippines, Malaysia.

      There might be some more countries possible to use, but I can't test them all.
      It didn't work with Sweden, Germany, United States, Cambodia, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, Pakistan, Mongolia, Palau, Bangladesh.

Five new badges are here. Garmin accidentally added them in September but they were quickly removed. In September there were 13 badges so we will probably soon see even more badges added. Garmin has added a new activity type "Dance Fitness" in the Gym & Fitness Equipment category so you can switch to that for all your dance fitness activities. I don't see the new type in Garmin Connect app on Android so it will need to come in an update. In the web it is already there. To add songs for the Mixtape badge you press the lap button. Each lap will add another song. Until we get Dance Fitness on the watches you can log with Cardio and press lap for each song.
