  1. Garmin, We need to be able to earn badges from other Countries and/or new badges for certain Holidays that you do not have badges for. If you care and value your loyal Garmin customers. Make earning badges fun again. These badges are getting old and boring. 😥

    1. Change location in your Garmin account and you can get those badges.

    2. Thank You, E7andy! I meant to say for other Cities, not Countries. Still Garmin needs to up their game. When it comes to keeping clients/customers motivated. Garmin might lose clientele if this keeps up.

  3. More virtual runs would be appreciated in parallel with live events elsewhere! Also surprised no Olympics inspired events in August...you gotta be more creative!

  4. How do you get the virtual climb badge? I tried stair climbing by climbing stairs in my house but it didn’t seem to work.

    1. The important thing is to use the right activity type. It must be logged as "Floor Climbing". You can change to that activity type afterwards in Garmin Connect.

  5. Not the most exciting list of challenges, but I’m really enjoying the consistency required for the strength and yoga five yours. Good to have the walking and cycling month targets back too.

Here are some of my ideas I’d like to see:

    * Record X intensity minutes in August. (1500 maybe?)

    * Record X different kinds of activities in August (maybe 10?). Would encourage more variety of activities.

    * Get X hours of sleep in August (not too ridiculous, but maybe 7x31=227?) Would reward consistency.

And perhaps building on the “beat yesterday” mantra, challenges where you have to beat your running/walking/cycling mileage from the previous month.

    1. There are users that got the Be a Hero badge on August 30 so it should work.
